<p align="center">With the Escrow packages, you can obtain the specific PED you paid for without the burden of a monthly fee (subscriptions). Upon purchase, the license will be delivered to your <a href="https://portal.cfx.re/"><mark style="color:purple;"><strong>CFX Account</strong></mark></a>, allowing a one-time transfer to your development server or a download. It's important to note that license transfers are irreversible and one time, so if you want to use the PED on more than one server, we recommend purchasing the <strong>Open Source</strong> option.</p>

<p align="center">After purchasing an ESCROW PED, you will recieve a license in your <a href="https://portal.cfx.re/"><mark style="color:purple;"><strong>CFX Portal</strong></mark></a>. You will need to transfer the license to your development server if you want to use the ped on a server, so please communicate with your server administrator/owner before making any purchases.</p>

<p align="center">Please be aware that the file for escrow PED is locked, preventing any modifications. However, you can still change the textures, as the YTD Files remains unlocked. GO CRAZY!! <span data-gb-custom-inline data-tag="emoji" data-code="1f38a">🎊</span></p>

When you purchase this package, you'll receive an unlocked file for the PED, granting you full access to the files and assets. If you plan to add more clothing/props to this PED in the future, it's necessary to have the open-source file. Kindly refrain from sharing, selling or publishing this package to friends, family, or any interested parties and please respect my ToS. Open Source is sold privately through my discord so I can see who purchases Open Source. If you're interested in an open source asset please make a ticket in my [<mark style="color:purple;">**Discord**</mark>](https://discord.gg/ronspeds) and request. The average rate is £60 GBP double the standard escrow rate!

When you purchase this package, you are charged a monthly fee of £10 and you recieve every single ped from our webstore closed source. This package will last as long as you pay for. If you decide you no longer want to pay for this, simply cancel and you will lose access to all of our peds. The peds you recieve access to are listed below.
